With the majority of South Africa (and the region) depending on fossil fuels, coal mining remains a critical industry. We at CSSI have been part of several of the expansion projects and associated works being executed in South Africa in recent years, primarily assisting and advising our clients on their contracts and the management of claims and disputes.
