Manganese Mine Project

In recent years, CSSI assisted and advised a client in respect of a large manganese mining project. This included the drafting and negotiation of the contracts, as well as the management of the contract when executing the work. This project suffered from a large number of delays and claims, as well as major difficulties with the mine owner’s cashflow which required careful management. Ultimately, the project was completed with all claims and issues amicably resolved, without the need for any dispute resolution procedures.
