Water Care and Augmentation Projects

In South Africa, CSSI has been and continues to be involved in a range of water care and augmentation projects, linked to a large extent to the ongoing Medupi and Kusile Power Station Projects, but also to the larger water infrastructure upgrades of South Africa.

These projects include various new pipelines and replacement pipelines, where CSSI assists and advises multiple contractors with legal advisory services, contract management, claims and disputes.

CSSI is also involved with advising contractors on several water treatment plants under construction in South Africa, which involves the negotiation of the contracts, assistance with contract management, claims, and disputes which have arisen.
