Flour Mill Expansion Project

CSSI is advising and assisting with a series of ongoing disputes in respect of the construction of a new flour mill in South Africa, where it appeared that there were several problems with inter alia the quality and engineering of the structure itself, resulting in the contracts being cancelled and the client having to essentially break down and rebuild the bulk of the plant at great cost.
