Ferrochrome Mine Expansion Project

CSSI has been fortunate to be involved in some very interesting and uniquely complex projects over the years. One such project was a ferrochrome expansion project in South Africa, where our client was the main EPC contractor. CSSI advised and assisted the client with its contract administration and management of claims, as well as a series of complex disputes which arose out of the project, with some particularly nuanced issues which required determination.
