In Africa, with new and expanded mining and energy projects, there is always a need for detailed and complex electrical and instrumentation installations. We have been involved with several different clients in assisting them with the drafting and negotiation of their contracts, the management and administration thereof, and of course claims and disputes which cannot otherwise be avoided.
