Coal Terminal Plant Replacement Project

CSSI was brought in at concept stage by the client to advise and assist with this multi-billion Rand plant replacement project to replace aging equipment, with as small an impact as possible on the ongoing operation of the coal terminal.

We were with the client from start to finish, by putting together the contracting strategy, drafting, negotiating and adjudicating the entire suite of contracts for the project, as well as performing the contract administration for the client which included project auditing and management of claims and disputes, ultimately leading to a successful project.
