Power Purchase Agreements

Our team has been involved in various PPA projects over the years, many as part of their previous firms, and then more recently in Botswana and Ghana. In South Africa, CSSI has been approached to assist some new players in the renewable energy space to assist with their own Power Purchase Agreements. PPA’s are especially complex agreements which require a substantial amount of planning and structure to ensure that the parties involved are all properly covered and that the risk is spread correctly.
