Copper Mine Projects
CSSI’s client operating in DRC is in the process of executing a number of different projects to bring these latest copper mining operations to fruition, including at what may be the largest copper deposit ever identified. We are instrumental in drafting, negotiating and adjudicating the various contracts for these projects with a range of international contractors and engineering firms, as well as advising and assisting the client with contract management and administration.
With the political and legal situation in DRC being particularly complex in recent years, CSSI has been part and parcel in a ensuring its client understands the potential problem areas, and that such issues are properly addressed in the various project contracts.
